Role OverviewThe Senior Investment Associate is responsible for the origination, analysis, execution, and management of investment-grade debt private placements for L&G Asset Management clients. This role will be primarily focused on a wide range of infrastructure issuers but will also help develop new investment opportunities within the structured finance and corporate sectors.
What You Will Do
Work closely with colleagues to originate, underwrite, execute, and manage infrastructure debt investment opportunities for clients, filter potential investments, conduct investment due diligence, and manage existing investments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The candidate should have 5-7 years' experience in buy-side debt private placements with experience across multiple sectors in infrastructure debt, and be organized, focused, and self-motivated with strong communication and analytical skills.

- Demonstrable expertise in investment diligence
- Knowledge in identifying credit risks, rating agency methodologies, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, and analyzing financial models
