Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on VP Software Engineering Lead (.NET/AWS) to design, develop, enhance, and optimize cloud-native applications supporting critical business capabilities.

Design, develop, and deliver new functionality across cloud-native .NET applications running on AWS. Enhance, modernize, scale, and optimize existing enterprise applications and services.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience designing and developing enterprise web applications, APIs, and distributed systems using the .NET technology stack.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience serving in a Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or Software Engineering Lead role delivering complex software solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building and supporting cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Angular (Angular 8+ preferred).
- Experience with Git-based source control and modern CI/CD practices within Agile software delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
