Role OverviewThe Vice President, Talent Casting & Recruitment leads the strategy, operations, and continued evolution of RWS Global's global talent casting and recruitment function. This role requires a leader who combines deep entertainment industry expertise with strong business acumen, operational discipline, and executive-level leadership.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead a comprehensive global talent strategy, forecast talent demand, assess pipeline health, proactively identify emerging markets, talent shortages, and sourcing opportunities across live auditions, digital recruitment, showcases, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent casting or entertainment recruitment
- Significant senior leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of the entertainment talent ecosystem
- Proven ability to develop workforce strategies, lead complex operations, and translate strategy into measurable results
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive-level reporting and presentation development
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence clients, industry partners, and senior leadership
- Ability to lead with objectivity, professionalism, and sound business judgment, particularly in high-pressure, people-driven, and creative environments
