Job Description
Newmark is seeking an Underwriter with 3-5 years of commercial underwriting experience to provide day-to-day financial, market, and underwriting analysis of multifamily loans.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of commercial underwriting experience
  • Prior DUS underwriting experience
  • Extensive familiarity of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Multifamily Guides
  • Ability to work with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac agency guidelines
  • Analytical, research and written/oral presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and independent judgment
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (EXCEL and Word)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proactive team player
