Role OverviewThe Miami Children's Museum Early Childhood Institute (ECI) is looking for an enthusiastic VPK Team Lead to help shape the educational journey of our youngest learners while supporting and mentoring an incredible team of educators.
What You Will Do
Lead a VPK classroom by creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Mentor and support VPK teachers through coaching, collaboration, and instructional guidance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of early childhood teaching experience (VPK experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and Florida VPK Standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Must meet all Florida Department of Education and Department of Children and Families requirements for a VPK Instructor
- Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification
