Role OverviewThe Wait Staff – Team Lead supports the Culinary Services Manager in coordinating dining room and “Landing” operations while ensuring efficient, courteous, and high-quality service.
What You Will Do
Leads and participates in providing courteous, professional service consistent with Collington’s Philosophy, Values, Policies, and “Steps of Service.” Coordinates daily opening and closing activities, ensuring side work, tables, stations, and assigned areas meet established standards.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Minimum of one (1) year of “Front of the House” operations experience in a restaurant or Senior living residential or long-term care facility preferred.
