Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Server to join our Health Center team at Carillon Senior Living. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests, and working in a fun and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers.
  • Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) months previous experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred;
