Role OverviewAs a Pallet Repair Technician, you’ll assist customers with damaged pallets, returning them to service-ready condition before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. Your success is vital to the overall relationship with our customer!
What You Will Do
Accurately complete production paperwork, utilize tools and methods to repair pallets, communicate with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager, examine products for quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- Demonstrated experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
- Ability to work overtime when needed
