Role OverviewJoin our growing team at both our Freedom and New Galilee, PA locations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will handle and transport materials, operate company vehicles and equipment, stage and return materials, support inventory operations, receive and process incoming materials, support interoffice operations, assist department leadership, contribute to continuous improvement, promote department excellence, and champion safety and compliance.
What You Will Do
Load and unload materials between MEPPI facilities safely and efficiently without damage; transport materials to designated locations as required. Drive MEPPI vehicles as assigned; operate forklifts, cranes, and other powered equipment following all safety guidelines. Stage and return MRR materials, bins, pallets, A-frames, and stackable racks to the warehouse. Stock and maintain the Keystone Drive Work-In-Process (WIP) area; disperse inventory and expense items as required. Receive incoming shipments using forklifts and cranes; uncrate materials with hand and power tools; tag and move materials to proper locations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately
