Role OverviewThe Warehouse Associate I 2nd Shift is responsible for managing daily activities, providing the most efficient utilization of warehouse employees, equipment, and resources to achieve the highest potential productivity and provide the highest level of service and quality to customers. The role involves communicating daily goals, driving good safety behaviors, and performing daily observations of Unsafe Acts/Conditions.
What You Will Do
Perform daily observations of Unsafe Acts/Conditions, manage tasks within the warehouse management system, perform daily inspections on PPE/tools, ensure 6S standards are followed, and accurately capture individual performance information.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Five years' experience in a high-volume warehouse environment, strong working knowledge of SAP, strong data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required. Ability to perform work for a maximum of nine hours per day and willingness to embrace the Hubbell Values and Behaviors are also necessary.
