Role OverviewWarehouse Associates ensure products are properly received, selected, and delivered to stores for customers. They work in a team environment, quickly and efficiently, to meet store and customer needs. A comprehensive training program provides the skills needed to be successful.
What You Will Do
Accurately pick and pack goods, prepare loaded pallets, take inventory counts, and operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Motivation to work independently
- Ability to switch functions or tasks quickly
- Comfort operating powered industrial equipment
- Ability to maneuver cases of product (lift, move, carry, slide, etc.) in excess of 50 lbs.
- Ability to handle all Lidl products, including meat, poultry, alcohol products, and food products with known allergens
