Role OverviewThe Warehouse Associate will be responsible for using safe lifting techniques, efficiently sorting, handling, loading, and unloading freight from over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers, and/or straight trucks. The Warehouse Associate uses hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts in the loading and unloading of freight and other job duties as assigned.
What You Will Do
Operates all material handling equipment in a safe manner, working with different departments to meet demands of the business, communicating any issues to the supervisor, keeping up to date with new systems and technology, participating in daily inventory processes, auditing and researching discrepancies, and demonstrating reliability and commitment to punctuality.
