Role OverviewWe are hiring a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to help receive, organize, fulfill, and move food and other essential products through our Appleton distribution center. This is an active, hands-on position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and knowing that their work makes a difference in the community.
What You Will Do
Fulfill and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in incoming products. Weigh, count, scan, label, and track products to help maintain accurate inventory.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, reach, kneel, squat, and perform other physical activities associated with warehouse work.
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments, including temperatures as low as approximately -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with people from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and quality.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification within two weeks of hire.
