Role Overview

Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. They support distribution across the US, handling electronic repair parts and operating equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include packaging, kitting, and assembling orders, loading and unloading trailers, ensuring scanning is completed correctly, and performing picking and packing duties.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of related warehouse experience, and the ability to operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of related warehouse experience required
  • One (1) year or more related warehouse experience preferred
  • Powered industrial truck certification
  • Ability to read, do basic mathematics in English for the purpose of safety, work instructions, policies, etc
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to input data into the WMS computer system (s) in use
  • Work overtime as assigned
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Ability to work independently and as member of a team
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
