Role OverviewAs a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various warehousing tasks, including order selection, pick and pack services, loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, and quality assurance. This position requires operating warehouse equipment and ensuring that freight is safe, undamaged, and matches corresponding shipping records.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, pulling, staging of freight, loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, ensuring load quality, and staging of container shipments. You will also be responsible for operating warehouse machinery, inspecting freight, and ensuring warehouse security, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-year experience in operating a standup reach truck in a warehouse setting
- Forklift certified and/or ability to obtain certification required
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous experience in LTL, TL or Freight Forwarding environment preferred
- Ability to read bill of lading/manifest
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, some weighing up to 75 lbs
- Knowledge of warehouse machinery and other safety guidelines
- Ability to operate all job necessary equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to maintain required forklift certification
- Knowledge of trailer loading procedures
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of hazardous material loading requirements and restrictions
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
