Role OverviewThis is a highly physical position that is essential in ensuring that the beverages we distribute make it to the stores we service throughout the entire State of NH. The Warehouse Associate works in a fast-paced environment with a team of over 25 employees, selecting product and configuring it on a pallet to go out for delivery to the accounts we service.
What You Will Do
Accurately select cases of product utilizing voice-pick technology and palletize them. Ensure that products being selected follow the first in, first out method. Handle products appropriately and carefully to minimize or eliminate injury or damage to products.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous warehouse, forklift, pallet jack, or voice picking technology experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, 165 lbs. occasionally
- Able to reach, stand, sit, kneel, bend, push, pull, and climb repeatedly or for long periods of time
- Certified and able to operate power industrial equipment
- Able to follow directions as well as able to read
- Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team
