Job Description
The Warehouse Automation Technician is responsible for performing service and installation work on all equipment, providing support to the operations team, and maintaining spare parts inventory.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-starter (the ability to work unsupervised)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business software/applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience with electro/mechanical repair and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
