Role OverviewThe Warehouse CDL Manager will oversee and coordinate the entire warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, monitoring staff, attendance, performance, and productivity. The manager will also plan and organize daily activities related to production and operations.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include overseeing trailer cuts and after-hours pick-ups, enforcing safety and company policies, handling employee concerns, managing security, and determining labor needs to meet production goals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must hold or obtain a valid forklift certification
- Must hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license or successfully complete Company paid CDL training program
- At least 21 years of age
- 3+ years of experience in distribution or transportation industry preferred
