Job Description
This position is responsible for performing necessary tasks for the shipping and/or receiving of orders.

Requirements

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Schedule, verify, and keep records of shipping and receiving orders
  • Enter data from source documents into the computer
  • Perform data entry of warehouse metrics onto an Excel spreadsheet
  • Respond to inquiries regarding entered data
  • File and maintain received data and source documents
  • Review and research problem tags
  • Coordinate the pulling and shipping of samples to customers
  • Track and order miscellaneous warehouse supplies
  • Participate in daily problem solving
  • Assist with special projects
