Job Description
GEODIS is a global third-party logistics provider seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, process orders, and ensure seamless delivery of goods. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and a minimum of 6 months of related experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
  • Experience with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred.
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers.
