Job Description
Seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional telephone, email and fax support to internal and external inquiries, generate and supply quotes, and collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Support groups to satisfy customer's delivery requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional technology skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet
  • Ability to handle and proficiently utilize a number of computer applications simultaneously
  • Technical background preferred
  • Previous experience using ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred
