We are seeking a Warehouse Department Manager to oversee daily bulk warehouse operations, lead and develop associates, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Supervise and coordinate daily bulk warehouse operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates
  • Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Establish department goals, define priorities, and plan initiatives
  • Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and equipment usage
  • Capture, analyze, and interpret operational data
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Partner with Operations Management and support teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
