Role OverviewThe Warehouse Equipment Operator Apprentice will train on industrial warehouse equipment, including a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Stand-up Forklift, and/or Walkie Rider. The position offers a clear path for growth once fully trained and certified as an Equipment Operator. The Equipment Operator uses various equipment to perform functions such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse to meet company standards.
What You Will Do
The key responsibilities of this position include training and obtaining certification on Reach Truck, Order Picker, Stand-up Forklift, and/or Walkie Rider, physically loading and unloading product off/on trucks, accurately picking items according to order slips or by using RF scanning equipment, and packing and preparing orders for shipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment highly preferred
- Experience with inventory management and RF scanners
- Ability to understand numbers and letters on an RF scanner's screen
