What You Will Do
Provide leadership for all associates, maintain SLAs for the designated area, act as a subject matter expert, support employee development, promote an efficient workflow, and oversee quality of production activities.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED required
- 1 to 2 years of equivalent job experience

- Works well under pressure and time constraints, dependable and with a sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
