Role OverviewThe Warehouse Shipping and Inventory Specialist will perform shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions in the shop and warehouse facilities. They will work under the guidance of the Shop Operations Manager to ensure an effective and efficient workflow.
What You Will Do
Load and unload equipment, optimize inventory movement, and communicate with shop operations and sales coordination. Perform general facility maintenance, inspect shipments, and identify missing or damaged equipment.

Requirements
- One year of shipping & receiving and/or warehouse inventory experience
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts
- Must be able to load/unload materials on semis and flatbed trailers
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), and/or technical school minimum
- Must be able to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to safely lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
- Must be willing and able to work in warehouse environment, on feet majority of time
- Familiarity with Dock & Door equipment is a plus
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must work well independently and in team environment
- Must be a driven and self-motivated individual
- General mechanical aptitude is a plus
