Role OverviewAs a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3–4 individuals) at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA. You'll offer guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed. The role involves working Tuesday - Saturday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and requires a compassionate, reliable, and motivated individual.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing warehouse floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas according to safety and hygiene standards. You'll also perform routine waste removal and recycling duties, provide hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence, and monitor productivity to ensure team goals are met.
