Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, provide input to the Branch/Store Manager on employee performance, and assist in the onboarding and training of new warehouse and delivery employees.
What You Will Do
The Warehouse Lead will ensure efficient warehouse operations, coordinate warehouse operations to support accurate and timely order fulfillment, and supervise delivery schedules to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, delivery processes, and inventory management practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
