Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead will be a subject matter expert in processes and technology applications, and will direct the work of other team members. They will be responsible for problem-solving, decision-making, and ensuring customer orders are accurate and completed in a timely fashion.
What You Will Do
The Warehouse Lead will perform tasks such as inventory counts, monitoring safety and security procedures, and operating a forklift or other warehouse equipment. They will also be responsible for accurately and courteously loading client merchandise.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, and be able to read and comprehend basic checklists and forms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three or more years of related experience
- Forklift certification within 30 days of hire
