Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead - Second Shift will be a subject matter expert in processes, technology, and clients/projects. They will foster a positive work climate, direct team members, and ensure customer orders are accurate and timely.

The role involves problem-solving, decision-making, advising/training employees, performing inventory counts, monitoring safety and security procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three or more years of related experience
- Forklift certification within 30 days of hire
