Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead will be responsible for directing work, problem-solving, and decision-making within the bounds of direction given by the team supervisor. They will also be responsible for advising/training employees, ensuring customer orders are accurate, and maintaining compliance with safety and security procedures.
What You Will Do
The Warehouse Lead will perform tasks such as operating a forklift, loading and unloading materials, scanning freight, and completing paperwork. They will also be responsible for accurately and courteously loading client merchandise and performing housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Three or more years of related experience
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
