Role OverviewThis role requires a subject matter expert in warehouse processes and technology applications, with a high familiarity with certain clients or projects. The Warehouse Lead will direct work, problem solve, and advise employees on care and preservation of items.
What You Will Do
Perform inventory counts, monitor compliance of safety and security procedures, and ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately. Operate a forklift, load and unload materials, and complete required paperwork.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, and have the ability to read and comprehend basic checklists and forms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Three or more years of related experience
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
