Job Description
This role provides leadership to the warehouse team, coordinating and directing their work to meet company expectations for customer service, profitability, quality, and safety.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert in warehouse processes and technology applications
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train and advise employees
  • Ability to ensure customer orders are picked and packed accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Ability to perform inventory counts and make adjustments
  • Ability to monitor safety and security procedures
  • Ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
