Job Description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing work, ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately, and maintaining compliance with safety and security procedures. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert in processes and technology applications
  • Model example of CWW values and standards
  • Directs work of other team members
  • Problem solving and decision-making
  • Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items
  • Perform inventory counts and make adjustments
  • Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
  • Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties
  • Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies
