Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory control, quality compliance, receiving inspection, RMAs, and warehouse process execution. This position serves as the primary point of contact for inventory control, quality compliance, receiving inspection, RMAs, and warehouse process execution.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inventory control, material management, quality and compliance, RMA management, Boeing program support, and leadership and training.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience
- Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of quality processes and material traceability
- Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or military programs preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with ERP, inventory management, and Microsoft Office systems
