Role OverviewAs a Warehouse Lead, you will lead and develop a team of Warehouse Associates, focusing on motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to maintain high levels of employee engagement, safety, quality, and productivity. You will be responsible for leading your team during a shift and understanding and supporting all warehouse functions, with a focus on Inventory.
What You Will Do
You will drive adherence to safety policies and OSHA standards, engage with employees, develop and coach employees, supervise processes, and manage labor to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals. You will also partner with other Leads to balance labor effectively during periods of variable throughput/volume.

You will bring 1+ years of proven experience achieving and improving performance metrics, 1+ years of inventory control experience, and 1+ years of experience operating powered industrial equipment. You will also have experience in process improvement and one or more continuous improvement methodologies, and be fluent in Spanish and English.
