Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead works with the Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse activities effectively and efficiently. The Lead may be responsible for filling orders and other general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment. The Lead trains and coaches warehouse team members.
What You Will Do
Works in conjunction with the warehouse supervisor to execute the goals of the warehouse action plans daily. Leads the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations.

Must have strong communication skills, be detailed, and organized. Prior experience using forklift and powered rider pallet jack preferred. Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- A minimum of one year of work experience is required.
- Background in warehouse and inventory control fundamentals.
- Experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills, be detailed, and organized.
