Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager and, or Supervisor(s) in all areas of Warehouse Operations by providing leadership to the team, training and evaluating Warehouse Personnel and processes, and maintaining the ability to provide expertise and hands-on assistance in any area of warehouse operations when required.
What You Will Do
Leads and directs the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations, verifies and ensures all applicable warehouse processes are followed, and trains and leads Warehouse Personnel and evaluates processes striving for continuous improvements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack, Forklift, Double Forklift, Hy-Jaws, Ty-Guard, Triple Double, Switch Tractor, and Floor Scrubber
