Role OverviewThe Warehouse Automation Team Lead will lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations. They will perform warehouse functions, allocate resources, and organize daily work duties to members. The team lead will inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) using leadership styles and methods.

The responsibilities of the Warehouse Automation Team Lead include leading and ensuring continuous improvement efforts, performing warehouse functions, allocating resources, organizing daily work duties, inspiring and guiding team members, and assisting in promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more powered industrial truck experience
- One year or more previous experience as Team Lead
- One year or more Microsoft Office experience
- One year or more previous warehouse experience
- Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced
- Valid forklift operator's license certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Maintains composure under pressure
