Warehouse Manager II

The Warehouse Manager II directs warehouse activities for the company either personally or with a team of employees. The role involves establishing operational procedures, inspecting the physical condition of the warehouse, and maintaining monthly truck reports. The manager works with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions.

What You Will Do

The Warehouse Manager II will establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. The manager will also inspect the physical condition of the warehouse, equipment, and vehicles, and prepare work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment and vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have two years of warehouse work experience, leadership experience, and agricultural experience. The candidate should have strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in Spanish, and a valid U.S. driver's license. The manager will work in a warehouse/outdoor environment with exposure to outdoor elements and will be required to use their hands for many different tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of warehouse work experience
• Leadership experience
• Agricultural experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
• Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check
