Job Description
Role Overview

Manage all warehouse operations, including personnel, inventory management, and logistics. Lead a team and work with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

What You Will Do

Handle inventory management, loading/unloading trucks, coordinating shipments, and overseeing daily cycle counts. Hire and manage warehouse personnel, approve schedules, and establish bin locations.

Requirements

  • Prior warehouse management experience
  • 3+ years of previous material-handling experience
  • Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck
  • Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with customers
  • Ability to lift boxes and specific building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines
