What You Will Do
Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distributing equipment and materials. Manage inventory levels in both the warehouse and company service vehicles.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management software (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license
- Clean MVR and background
- Reliable personal transportation to the office every day
- Good attitude and desire to work hard
