Role OverviewResponsible for managing the warehouse supervisors and warehouse functions. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for staff, training, evaluating, and developing team members, managing the daily activities of the warehouse, and overseeing shipping and receiving functions.
What You Will Do
Manage the warehouse team, allocate space for stock rotation, assist with inventory levels, and ensure company assets are secure. Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility and manage within labor and OPEX budget.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of warehouse/inventory experience, experience managing supervisor-level employees, and proficiency in PC and database skills. Strong leadership and people development skills are required, and knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
