Role OverviewThe Warehouse Office Clerk will be responsible for controlling entry access to the warehouse, greeting customers and drivers, and answering phone calls. They will also maintain and update dock schedule information, schedule appointments for outbound shipments, and coordinate shipping and receiving dock activities.
What You Will Do
The Warehouse Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, preparing written reports and other documents, and providing support as needed. They will also provide excellent customer service, guide customers and carriers through the shipping process, and prepare pick plan paperwork and shipping labels for shipping staff.

Requirements
