Role OverviewWe are looking for motivated, dependable Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Associates to join our Durham, NC distribution center. This is a hands-on warehouse position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced operation where everyone contributes to getting the job done.
What You Will Do
Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse systems and equipment, pack orders safely and efficiently, replenish inventory, perform inventory counts, operate warehouse equipment safely, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or similar work experience preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and perform pick/pack/ship operations
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to walk and remain active for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass required background check
