Role OverviewThe Warehouse/Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the Operations Supervisor with coordinating warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of the Distribution Center. This includes maintaining inventory, upholding warehouse standards, and ensuring accurate and safe handling of shipments.
What You Will Do
Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, verify required paperwork, ensure accurate and free of damage shipments, assist with team member performance evaluation and training, and document receipt and storage of equipment and supplies.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory environments
- 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics
- Forklift driving experience required, PIT certified required
- Conveyance and or automation experience is a plus
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Prior exposure to CPG and/or Food & Beverage industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems
- Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
- Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions
- Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle
- Highschool Diploma or G.E.D. Required

- Base pay: $24.00 per hour
- Shift differential: $3.00
- Quarterly bonus: 5% target
