Job Description
Spreetail is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a high-velocity operation and drive fulfillment growth. The successful candidate will design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize inventory levels and procurement, and will work closely with global supply chain leadership to ensure strategic execution.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution
  • A minimum of 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Expert-level skill in identifying, assessing, and onboarding 'Bar Raising' talent
  • Experience managing complex labor and capacity models
  • A history of building and protecting a high-performance culture
