What You Will Do
Lead, schedule, and develop associates unloading freight to the conveyor line, own shift productivity, labor planning, and daily performance reporting, enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area, serve as the main point of contact for client leadership on your shift, and resolve issues on the floor quickly and professionally.

Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience, including direct supervision of hourly teams
- Experience with trailer unloading, conveyor operations, or high-volume inbound environments
- Proven ability to drive productivity, attendance, and safety results
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with client leadership
- Experience tracking labor, productivity, and performance metrics (Excel or similar)
- Able to work overnight shifts and a weekend schedule
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) and background check, and complete E-Verify
