Job Description
Alpine Home Air is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Quality Manager to lead daily execution at our primary fulfillment center outside Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, repeatable, high-quality execution of warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experience
  • Proven success managing managers and hourly teams
  • Strong background in SOP enforcement and quality control
  • Experience in KPI-driven, high-volume fulfillment environments
  • Working knowledge of WMS / IMS / TMS systems
