Role OverviewAs a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be part of a small team that fulfills customer orders and receives stock of coffee machines, coffee beans, and other coffee and kitchen accessories. You will be responsible for picking products, packing orders, processing shipments, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
What You Will Do
You will pick products from batches, pack orders with care, process shipments using computer systems, process returned inventory, conduct inventory counts, sort products, and load and unload trailers using forklift and pallet jacks.

Requirements
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Previous warehouse and small parcel shipping experience (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS)
- Consistent attendance, productivity, and performance
- Strong attention to detail
- Safely lift packages/products during picking, packing, shipping, stocking, sorting
- Forklift experience not required but is a plus
