Role OverviewThe Warehouse Operations Stager I Associate plays a key role in supporting daily materials management activities to ensure efficient production flow and accurate inventory control. This position is responsible for handling, staging, and documenting materials in accordance with established procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory standards—particularly those related to medical device manufacturing.
What You Will Do
Ensures Chest Drains and accessories are boxed, labeled and correctly grouped on pallets. Complete medical device history records and ensure proper retention and storage of case labels. Assist with basic material handling such as moving product with a manual/electric pallet jack.

Strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Proficient in operating pallet jacks, and other material‐handling equipment. Experience using scanning devices and/or computerized inventory management systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills both oral and written (English)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs as part of daily job duties
